Parents.
Feed, teach their children
Everyone, everytime
You were fed since day one
perhaps even till now.

they gave you everything
pampered, fed, you grew
and you look at others
who were left alone by their folks
and you think, hmm how unfortunate?

some kids grow up well
with a good future, credits to
their supportive parents.

then there are others, left to fend for their own
left to forage their own feed, sustenance
they grow up not as colourfully
but think this.
Who will ultimately survive?

one who was fed
surely cannot surpass
one who fed himself
rising out of the void
building the path; brick by brick
forging his destiny

he may seem different
but for sure, he is wise
unless one has been through
the years of struggle
one cannot truly comprehend

your parents fed you; always behind you
my parents taught me the best lesson, yet the rarest;
to survive on your own two feet; always on your own
depend on others and you will only be disappointed
for they depend on others too.

its late.
